Regular General Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of the month at 9 am.  We meet in the Winn Room of the Coronado Library. Our meeting starts at 9:30 with a speaker at 10:15 am.

Nov. 3                  Gudy Kimmel, Award winning designer, instructor and   Flower Show Master Judge.  “The Splendors of Fall’s Wonders”.
 
Dec. 7                  They’re back.  Don’t miss “Flower Power”.  Three NGC designers creating designs with unknown containers and plant material.  Also their signature designs.

Jan. 5                  Pauline Sechi, California Garden Clubs, 2008-2009, “Creative Flower Arranger of the Year” will present “Designs In A Contemporary Manner”
 
Feb. 1                  Mitsuko Takeya, Ikebana Instructor.  Come see the beauty simplicity can bring to your designs.
 
March 2               Just in time for helping with ideas to finish off your designs for this year’s flower shows.  Our own Palomar District NGC Designers will be creating  and answering questions about designs from the NGC Flower Show Handbook.   
 
April 5                  Joy Parker, from Joy4Designs in the state of Washington .  How to take your designs one step above, with man made materials.
 
May 3                  Diana Calvillo de Chapa, award winning sculptor and designer from Monterrey , Mexico .  Her program will be “Impressions of Mexico”.  Don’t miss this exciting colorful program.
 

                     PALOMAR DISTRICT MEETINGS
 -- Crown Garden Club members are encouraged to attend District meetings.  Reservations should be made to the District Treasurer one week prior.
